DIC Course Registration

In order to register to the 5-days DIC course, the following procedure will be adopted:

1. Download the registration form

Download the registration form and fill in your selected options

2. Mail your registration form

Send the registration form to registration@matchid.eu. Registration is considered firm once the registration form is received.

3. Invoicing

Invoicing will be done with reference to the purchase order

Please note that the attendance is kept limited to 20 participants in order to optimize the interaction with the instructors and registration will be attributed on a first come first served basis.

  • If you are applying as a student, you need to also send evidence of your student status. This could be in the form of a letter (in a university letterhead) from your supervisor, or a copy of your university card showing your name, photograph and dates.
  • Registration includes attendance to all the sessions, a hardcopy of the slides, lunches each day, tea/coffee each day, welcome drinks and social event with dinner
